- YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO APPLY… to the 58th annual, Summerfair - Cincinnati, Ohio's Annual Fine Arts and Fine Crafts Fair.
Summerfair, one of the nation’s oldest continuing art fairs, has consistently been identified as one of the top 20 best shows in the United States by Sunshine Artist magazine during the last decade. (ranked 4th this year!)
Our event is held at Coney Island Park, a lovely park setting, on the Ohio River. There are paved pathways, lots of trees and plenty of parking.
RULES/REGULATIONS
Insurance:
Upon acceptance Exhibitors must provide Summerfair Cincinnati, Inc. with an appropriate Certificate of Insurance, naming Summerfair Cincinnati, Inc. as an additional insured pursuant to a general liability insurance policy that includes coverage for damages with a minimum coverage of $500,000. This certificate must be received in the Summerfair Cincinnati office (by US Mail or email to info@summerfair.org) WITHIN 30 days prior to the first day of the Fair - by May 2, 2025. Please make sure that YOUR NAME, not business name as it appears on your ZAPPlication registration appears on the certificate for verification.
On or before the April 17th Refund Deadline there will be an Administration Fee of $25 assessed for a cancellation. At its sole discretion, Summerfair reserves the right to waive the fee for a good cause shown.
After the April 17th Refund Deadline a refund will be given only after Summerfair approves reasons and/or the booth space has been refilled. There will be an Administration Fee of $75 assessed for all withdrawals or cancellations. This assessment will be deducted from the booth space refund payment. At its sole discretion, Summerfair reserves the right to waive the fee for good cause shown.

They will be delivered to your booth in a timely manner by our Green Shirt Volunteers. Pricing upon acceptance.

The Veggie
Spinach, tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onions, house-roasted multi-colored peppers, avocado and herb mayo, seasoned with salt n' pepper on 9-Grain bread. Includes a bag of chips, a cookie, a pickle, a bottle of water and utensils.
The Club
Roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, Swiss, spring mix, tomato, mayo and Honey Mustard on wheat. Includes a bag of chips, a cookie, a pickle, a bottle of water and utensils.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
Grilled chicken, Romaine, Parmesan and Caesar dressing. Includes a bag of chips, a cookie, a pickle, a bottle of water and utensils.
