EVENT INFORMATION
Celebrating our 51th year, the Arts for All Festival has been Southwest Oklahoma's largest and most popular cultural outdoor event, drawing people from Oklahoma and Texas for a weekend filled with art, entertainment, and tantalizing foods. The festival is timed to be such that artists are in the late Spring cycle of festivals. We hope that this will encourage you to participate since we are in the midst of area festivals without conflicting. The festival is a cooperative effort of businesses, civic organizations, and hundreds of volunteers who support and encourage the arts. All profits are contributed to the participating arts organization of Arts for All Inc.
Set up for the festival: Thursday, May 8, 2025 , 10 a.m . to 6 p.m., and Friday, May 9, 2025 , 8 a.m. start and must be finished no later than 4 p.m.
All Artists must furnish a tax id number or social securtiy numbers to the Festival Treasurer
Festival hours: Friday, May 9, 2025, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m
Saturday, May 10, 2025, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday, May 11, 2025, 11 a.m. to 5 p. m.

GENERAL INFORMATION
A booth space consists of 100 sq. ft. (10 X10) of ground space either rented or provided by the artist. Exact pricing for booths is listed in other details. Artists will need to provide his or her own equipment. We will attempt to leave extra room for storage whenever possible. There is no electricity. A non-refundable Jury Fee of $30.00 must accompany each application.While organizing for the jury there is a late application period from February 27th to March 2nd at the fee of $50.

The 2025 Arts for All Festival is open to all Artists who meet the criteria. Approximately 90 booth spaces will be available for Artists. The jury committee will be looking for the following criteria:
- Artists will be expected to exhibit technical skills and originality in work. No commercial work will be allowed.
- The Festival will accept work of an original design. NOT acceptable is commercial or mass-produced works using a purchased mold or pattern.
- Three (3) images of current artwork and one image of your booth must be submitted with your entry form. Artists who wish to exhibit work in more than one medium must submit three (3) images for each medium.
- Jurors will be looking for a diverse cross-section in order to include all media in the Festival.
- Price range of art: Low $______ High $_____
- Booth fee will be refunded ONLY if notice of cancellation is received by April 9, 2025.

RULES/REGULATIONS
- Artist may exhibit only work consistent with that represented by the slides orginally juried into the show.
- All offset reproductions must be labeled as such.
- All work must be attractively displayed in a professional manner.
- Booth must remain open for the duration of the Festival. The Festival committee will provide a volunteer to "Booth Sit" in order for you to take breaks.
- Include your Tax Identification Number (EIN or OKlahoma Sales Tax Number) when applying.
- Include type of vehicle and tag number
- Equipment such as screens, tables, dolly and protective covering are the responsibility of the Artist. A dolly is strongly recommended.
- Arts for All reserves the right to request any artist not following our rules to leave.
BOOTH INFORMATION

Space only-- Artist provides tent. Fees are: $275 Single - $420 Double - Corner Space - Add $50.00
This booth space consists of a 100 sq. ft. (10 X10) of ground space(single). A double is 200 Sq. ft (10 X20). Artists must provide their own equipment and cover. We will attempt to leave extra room for storage whenever possible. Artist MUST HAVE WEIGHTS ON TENT at 50# PER CORNER. There is no electricity.
Space with Rented Tent. Fees are: $525 Single - $750 Double - Corner Space - Add $50.00
This booth space consists of 100 sq. ft. (10X10) of ground space and is located under rented festival tents. A double is 200 Sq. ft. (10 X 20).These tents have sides provided. Artist must provide their own equipment. We will attempt to leave extra room for storage whenever possible. Artist MUST HAVE WEIGHTS ON TENT at 50# PER CORNER. There is no electricity.
