EVENT INFORMATION

21st Annual, Fine Art at the Village, is currently sponsored by the Village Fine Art Gallery, which is located in the same upscale outdoor shopping center, as the art fair.

Both the Village art fair and the Village Gallery are located in Rochester Hills, MI., which was voted by Money Magazine, in a previous year, as the 9th best small town in the USA.

 

Money Magazine said Rochester Hills only negative, was, they did not have a downtown, but the Village of Rochester Hills shopping center, was considered, by residents, as their downtown.

 

Rochester Hills is home to a young, well educated clientele, who have disposable income and support the arts.

 

The art fair charges zero gate fee and zero for parking. The art fair also features local, free entertainment. Many of whom are young and their families come to see them perform and also stroll the art fair.


RULES/REGULATIONS

​Rules:

  • Artist must be present with their work for the duration of the festival.
  • No agents.
  • Artists will exhibit only in the medium for which they were accepted to the festival.
  • The artist is responsible for collection and payment of 6% Michigan sales tax.


Reproduction Policy:

All work must be designed and executed by the exhibiting artist. Unacceptable items include: objects made from commercial kits, molds or patterns - including dried, plastic or silk flowers: greenware, or embellished objects such as painted boxes, barn wood, or ready-made clothing. Reproductions of the artist’s original paintings may not exceed 25%.

REFUND POLICY

Refund deadline April 25, 2025
Cancellation of full booth fee, minus $50.00 handling fee will be accepted in writing or by telephone if received by the date listed above.
