RULES/REGULATIONS
- All work exhibited in the Fine Art Gallery Show and Artisan Booth Show must be the artists' original work or reproductions of original works
- Artisan Booth Show: For jurying, artisans are asked to submit five (5) photos of their works, including one booth shot. Booth space is limited to up to an 8×8 booth space, with the option of adding an additional 6-foot space, if available. A table and two (2) chairs are provided, as is access to power upon request. Only original art and reproductions of that art, and/or hand-made crafts/jewelry will be accepted. Vendor space is limited, so register early to assure the desired space.
- Fine Art Gallery Show: For jurying, artists are asked to submit five (5) photos of your works for hanging art or two (2) sculpture pieces. The photos submitted must be representative of the art or be the art, the artist plans to show. Packaged art is limited (because of space) to the first ten (10) juried artists who apply. Juried artists with packaged/matted art and/or cards must provide their own art bin and/or card display. Tables will be provided, where needed. Artists participating in the Packaged Art Store will be required to use the “Inventory and Tagging system” for both hanging and packaged art. Instructions for this will be sent to each artist once juried in. Artists exhibiting only in the Fine Art Gallery will not be required to use the Inventory and Tagging System.
- To expedite invitations, this show is juried virtually and acceptances are ongoing until the show is filled.
BOOTH INFORMATION
Artisan Booth Show
We also welcome back our Booth Show participants across all artistic mediums in the Clubhouse, beginning Friday evening, October 10 and running through the weekend. This show has dedicated inside booth space for artists and artisans. Application fee is $25. The entry fee of $60 entitles each artist to one 6'×3' table and two chairs for an 8'x8' space. If desired, vendors may bring their own table and displays, but the inside booth space is no more than 8'×8'. No canopies. If available, an adjoining 6'x8' foot space may be added for an additional charge of $40. Due to limited space and the popularity of the show, we suggest submitting entries for jury as soon as possible, since the various types of art mediums will be limited in numbers. Setup instructions will be provided once juried into the show.
